Due to the new Covid-19 pandemic Beauty By Design would like all customers to read the following instruction with regards to an increase in the cleaning regime within the salon, with the staff and the use of new PPE equipment as well as some very important requirements for customers.

Personal Protective Equipment will be worn during your treatment, this may include some or all of the following, facial mask, facial visors, gloves or disposable aprons.  

Beauty By Design has heightened the already rigorous hygiene and sanitation practices, including removal of all marketing material, implantation of disposable toweling, bed sheets and a PVC bed cover which is sanitized between clients.

Opening hours and days of work may be subject to change, please contact the salon via the phones, contact sheet or the Fresha Booking system. 

 Will customers please adhere to the following instructions

* Do not come to salon if you or a household member is or has had in the last 14days a cough, high temperature or have been around anyone with these conditions of suspected of Covid-19.

* Do not come to salon if you or a member of your household is under isolation or quarantine.

* Please repect the salons new hygiene standards and processes.  Upon entering the salon please use the hand sanitizer before entering the treatment room and please sanitize the hand on exiting the salon.

* Please attend appointment alone with limited bags and clothing.

* Please attend the salon at the appropriate time as waiting areas have been removed/restricted.

* Late arrival to an appointment may result in the appointment being cancelled and it to be rescheduled.

* Please wear a facial mask to your appointment where possible to help maintain the safety of you and your therapist.

* Please inform Chantelle of any changes to your health which will need recording on your health questionnaire.
